FUTURE VISION is an integrated product of a headset and smart software that monitors and manages children's learning in all aspects in real-time. The system was developed using a speculative design approach and is presented in the form of augmented reality and 3D artwork. It forecasts the type of future products that will emerge over the next 20 years catering to the Chinese education market in the context of today's Chinese strict parenting('Jiwa' Education). The system reflects the alarming trend of Chinese parents increasingly subjecting their children to a homogenized education.
